For well over a decade, Sara Schwartz has been intimately involved in some of the most impactful Real Estate transactions in the country, while working in Beverly Hills and New York City. Alongside one of the tops producing agents in the world, Jade Mills, these properties, including celebrated architecture from the likes of A. Quincy Jones, Richard Neutra, and Paul Williams, amassed over $2.5 billion in sales.
Originally at the epicenter of the luxury real estate market in Los Angeles, Sara is now fully engaged in All-Things-New York. Sara, herself, lives in a prewar Greenwich Village apartment, with her boyfriend and two bulldogs. "The energy in NYC is everything to me and exactly why I call NYC 'home.’ One of my favorite activities is simply to walk the neighborhoods and take a record of the city’s most charming buildings and picturesque city blocks. In fact, I have a list of buildings, landmarks, and streets that I love to share with clients. For a variety of reasons, these places, each featuring a unique pulse of NYC, represent some of the reasons why I am so in love with this city.”
Besides an unparalleled 24/7 work ethic, Sara prides herself on a number of guiding principles while selling real estate: “Think, act and negotiate strategically, demonstrate total professionalism throughout, establish clear and honest communication, maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and foster lifelong relationships with all clients.” It’s through these relationships, and the tenacity she has for her clients, that Sara has established a rich and prolific tradition of bringing buyers and sellers together.
Outside of real estate, Sara is a member of the David Lynch Foundation, a volunteer with New York Cares, and a self-proclaimed "pilates fanatic."
